Pricing & Fees

You pay the fleet owner's weekly rental plus a CAROD platform fee. Both are shown separately on every listing and on your invoice — the price you see is the price you pay.

Example only. Deposits, mileage limits, insurance excess and minimum term vary by vehicle and are shown on each listing.

CAROD's commission is capped at £12 per active vehicle per week, deducted from your payout. Where no rental payment is successfully collected in a week, we charge nothing for that vehicle.

• Payouts through Stripe once a rental is collected
• Commission agreed per supplier and shown on every statement

We do not charge to browse, to register, to upload documents, or to be verified. You are not charged for a booking request that a fleet owner declines.
